Aleksei archer, the American actor and model who was born in New York City is known for her dramatic appearances as well as her versatility. They celebrate their 14th birthdays. Her birthplace was St. Louis before moving to New York City a short period of time. The year was 1991 when Barnard College awarded her a Bachelor's degree in the field of art history. That very same year she was offered a job as an entry-level chef at the restaurant An American Place for one year. Guarnaschelli got her first taste of food experiences while watching recipes that she'd been editing in her mother's cookbooks being test at the home. After a stint with Larry Forgione in New York in France, New York and Los Angeles she also worked at Guy Savoy's La Butte Chaillot. She was appointed executive chef of Butter. Guarnaschelli defeated Cat Cora on Food Network's Iron Chef America 2007 Farmers Market Battle. In the following years, she has appeared as an Iron Chef America judge and in 2011 competed in The Next Iron Chef season four, where she finished third-place finisher. She also lost the Food Network Challenge Ultimate Thanksgiving Feast. Following the conclusion of season 4, she was appointed Geoffrey Zakarian's sous-chef. She became host of The Food Network's The Cooking Loft With Alex Guarnaschelli in 2008, and she instructs a small class of students on how to recreate classic dishes.
